19-33780 Arrest Christopher T. Huckstep, 51, Quincy, for first-degree murder in the 700 block of Cedar. Lodged.

19-33797 Arrest Suzanne P. Booher, 52, 1408 Winsor, for Improper lane usage at Eighth and Maine. PTC.

19-33359 Arrest Tyler D. Russell, 21, 2221 Ennis Lane for retail theft at 5211 Broadway. USC.

19-30457 Burglary Shane Andrews reported that his 2006 GMC was entered by breaking a window, and electronics, clothing and U.S. currency were stolen on 10/28/19.

19-31754 Hit-and-Run Rollie Moore, Quincy, reports his 2005 Ford F-150 was struck by a white Chevrolet S-10 just west of 36th and Broadway. Moore stated after his vehicle was struck, the suspect vehicle fled westbound from the scene.

19-32468 Retail Theft Trevion L. Harris, 19, 864 Harold Drive, St. Louis, Mo., for retail theft at 5211 Broadway. Released on cash bond.

19-33855 Arrest Jenny Ngeth, 18, 7453 Cedar Ave., Pennsauken, N.J., for speeding.
