19-25593 Arrest Warrant Natalie Shepherd, 30, 204 Locust, on a warrant for FTA-driving while license suspended at Fifth and Cherry. Lodged.

19-24066 Credit Card Fraud Valerie Spillman, 34, Quincy, reports the fraudulent use of her credit card at 1400 Harrison on 8/25/19. Investigation to continue.

19-24558 Criminal Damage Duane A. Buhr, 58, Quincy, reports he heard what sounded like a drill outside his window and located a screen pried off the window at 1308 S. 18th.

19-25117 Motor Vehicle Theft Courtney A. Bliven, 25, Quincy, reports the theft of her black 2006 Jeep Commander from the 500 block of College between 9/5 and 9/6/19. The vehicle was used in the hit-and-run of two vehicles in the 200 block of North 16th. The vehicle was recovered at that scene. Investigation to continue.
