Perry man injured on dirt bike

PERRY, Mo. -- A Perry man was injured Thursday while jumping hills on a dirt bike.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said that Tyler J. Brown, 29, was jumping hills on a 2011 Kawasaki dirt bike at 9 p.m. on private property on Virginia Trail 2 miles south of Perry when it flat landed on both wheels, causing Brown to suffer moderate injuries.

He was taken by Ralls County Ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment.

The Ralls County Sheriff's Department and Perry First Responders assisted at the scene.
