HANNIBAL, Mo. -- Two St. Louis men have been arrested in connection to a burglary Sunday in Hannibal.
The Hannibal Police Department said it was called to a business alarm at Wireless Express on Diamond Avenue where officers found it had been broken into and multiple items were missing.
Police said surrounding agencies were notified of the burglary in Hannibal, and about an hour later the Troy Police Department was in pursuit of individuals identified from the burglary. Tire deflation devices were used, and the pursuit ended in Lake St. Louis.
Arrested were Samuel Simpson, 38, and D'Vion C. Harrison, 35, on charges of second-degree burglary, stealing, possession of burglary tools and property damage.
Both are being held in the Lincoln County Jail on $50,000 cash-only bonds.
