MOSCOW MILLS, Mo. -- A Hannibal man was involved in a five-vehicle crash Wednesday that left two drivers with minor injuries.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said the five vehicles were traveling north on U.S. 61, south of Route C, at 3:34 p.m. when a 2016 Nissan Rogue driven by Sherlene A. Armstrong, 65, of Troy, attempted to change from the right lane to the left in front of a 2018 Hyundai Sonata driven by Robert W. Coker, 40, of Troy. The Hyundai was unable to stop in time, causing it to hit the Nissan, which then struck a 2017 Kia Sportage driven by Kristopher S. Miller, 26, of Elsberry, and also a 2004 Western Star truck driven by Nolan T. Williams, 40, of Hannibal, and a 2005 International truck driven by Drago Novakovic, 64, of Nashville, Tenn.

Coker was taken by Lincoln County Ambulance to Mercy Hospital Lincoln with minor injuries. Armstrong was taken by Lincoln County Ambulance to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital Lake St. Louis with minor injuries.

All five drivers were wearing seat belts, the patrol said.
