The Illini West girls basketball team held off a fourth-quarter rally by Unity to win 45-40 on Wednesday night at the Central Lady Panther Classic in Camp Point.

Unity scored the first 13 points of the fourth quarter, taking a 38-36 lead when Addison Miller connected for a three-point play with 4 minutes, 8 seconds left in the game. Illini West's Kailee Artman made a layup and a three-point play on her team's next two possessions to help the Chargers regain a 41-38 lead with 2:32 left. Artman scored seven of Illini West's nine fourth-quarter points, finishing with a game-high 19.

The Chargers (16-6) outscored Unity 18-4 in the second quarter to take a 30-15 halftime lead. Addison Eger led the Mustangs (10-10) with 13 points and nine rebounds.

Quincy High School 40, Brown County 25: Olivia Edwards and Stephanie Anders each had 12 points to lead the Blue Devils at the Central Lady Panther Classic.
