What would you rather be doing right now? I would rather be in Florida or Oklahoma visiting family and doing fun family activities like boating, swimming and playing games. As long as I am with family, I am completely satisfied.

Jerilyn Miller, 47, owns the Flower Shop in Carthage and will have owned it for 15 years on May 1. Miller says, as many people know, when you own a business, that becomes your hobby and your primary activity. Miller's sisters tease her that she may not have children of her own, but the shop is her child. Miller enjoys her downtime with family. She has several nieces and nephews (13) and great-nephews and great-nieces (5) who are her pride and joy. Miller grew up in Carthage and graduated from Carthage High School in 1989.
