HANNIBAL, Mo. -- A Hannibal driver was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 3:05 a.m. Thursday in Macon County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Roy W. Couch, 60, was driving a 2016 Freightliner truck east on Mo. 156 a half mile east of LaPlata when the vehicle ran off the right side of the road. Couch was taken by the Macon County Ambulance Service to Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville.

Also assisting at the scene were the LaPlata Police Department, LaPlata Fire Department and Macon County Rescue Squad.
