When I was a kid, I wanted to be ... a teacher because I loved helping and teaching others.

What would you rather be doing right now? Relaxing at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Shhhhhh! Don't tell anyone that ... I like to go hunting and fishing.

Other than your wedding day and/or the birth of your children, what was your proudest moment? Graduating college.

It really stinks when ... people are not on time.

What word in the dictionary would your face be next to? Cheerful.

I always laugh when ... my nephews are around. They say the funniest things!

Invite any three people, living or dead, to dinner. Who are they? My mom, dad and my boyfriend Ricky because they are three of the most important people in my life.

At the end of a really long day at work, I like to ... take a long walk with my dog Sadie.

People who knew me in high school thought I was ... responsible.

My most unforgettable brush with greatness was ... getting to see the Sleeping Bear Dunes. It was beautiful!

Betsy Bauer, 25, grew up in Peoria and now lives in Lewistown, Mo. She works at the University of Illinois Extension Office in Quincy as the 4-H program coordinator. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with family and friends.
