Quincy man arrested on multiple charges early Sunday

A Quincy man was arrested on multiple charges in connection with a domestic dispute that involved a shotgun early Sunday morning.

Adams County Sheriff's Department was dispatched at 4:35 a.m. Sunday to a disturbance at 4816 N. 24th. There apparently was a verbal dispute and further investigation by police it was learned that a shotgun was involved, police said.

Earl K. Reed, 54, of Quincy, was arrested on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, reckless conduct and aggravated assault. He was processed at the Adams County Jail and released after posting a cash bond of $150.
