QPD investigates car burglaries at Amtrak lot

Quincy Police are investigating numerous reports of burglaries to vehicles discovered this morning at the Amtrak Station, 2914 Wisman Lane.

Officers said 17 vehicles in the lot were entered, 15 through smashed windows. There were also five vehicles entered at Selby Implement, 2221 N. 24th.

All the vehicles were rummaged through but officers are still determining what is missing. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Quincy Police Department at 228-4470 or Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers at 228-4474.
