The parents of Angie McGinnis and Lucas Frageman have announced the couple's engagement. She is a daughter of Kent and Mary Lou McGinnis of 3224 Acadia Way. He is a son of Kirk and Jan Frageman of 3281 Genevieve Drive. The bride-elect attended Quincy Notre Dame High School and Truman State University in Kirksville, Mo. She is a speech language pathologist at the Quincy Medical Group. The prospective bridegroom attended Quincy Notre Dame High School. He is a business banking representative at Bank of Quincy. A Nov. 3 wedding is planned at St. Peter Catholic Church.
