QUINCY -- A Quincy man waived his right to a preliminary hearing in connection with a 2017 burglary at a former tire center in Quincy.

Court records show that Cory C. Cobb will be arraigned on one count of burglary March 13.

Cobb, 40, was arrested Nov. 24 along with Dustin E. Willis of Quincy after the Quincy Police Department said they were found inside the former Ron's Tire, 1401 Gardner Expressway, after officers responded to a report of a burglary in progress.

Willis pleaded not guilty last month, and his case was set on the April jury trial docket.

Both are free after posting $2,000 bonds.
