Fromm, Woods guide Tigers to league win

SALISBURY, Mo. -- Will Fromm and Matthew Woods each scored 14 points to lead the Scotland County boys basketball team to a 49-45 Lewis and Clark Conference victory against Salisbury on Friday night.

The Tigers (8-6, 1-1 LCC) held a 23-20 halftime lead, but the Panthers (5-5, 3-2 LCC) took a one-point lead heading to the final quarter.

Scotland County outscored Salisbury 16-11 in the final eight minutes.

Lane Pence added eight points for the Tigers.
