Canton takes over after first quarter

CANTON, Mo. -- The Canton girls basketball team had four players score in double digits in a 62-36 victory over North Shelby Friday night.

The score was tied at 10 after the first quarter, but the Tigers outscored North Shelby 37-12 in the second and third quarters.

Olivia Jarvis led Canton with 13 points. Abby Hultz scored 11 points while Abby Jarvis and Tegan Burbridge each added 10 for the Tigers.

Brett Reitz led North Shelby with 12 points.
