Information sought on Quincy house fires

The Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers needs your help in getting information on a structure fire.

The Quincy Fire Department was called at 10:14 p.m. Dec. 20 to a house fire at 637 Maple. The house was vacant, but the fire spread to 635 Maple, and that house sustained damage.

The Quincy police and fire departments have ruled out natural and electrical causes for the fire, determining it was incendiary in nature.

There were also six vacant house fires between June 1 and Aug. 19, 2017, in northwest Quincy. The locations were: 328 Lind, 513 and 517 Sycamore, 326 Lind, 1200 North Fifth and 435 Locust.
