Carl and Sandra Derhake of 144 Daisy Drive, Dover, Tenn., are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary with a family brunch today at the Paris Landing Lodge, hosted by their daughter and son-in-law, Tricia and John Tuttle. They also celebrated with a New England/Nova Scotia cruise in October.
Mr. Derhake and the former Sandra Steinkoenig were married Jan. 7, 1958, in Quincy.
Mrs. Derhake is a daughter of the late Dean and Pearl Mueller Steinkoenig. Mr. Derhake is a son of the late Henry and Emma Arnold Derhake.
They are the parents of Teri (Tim) Dring of Columbus, Wis., Tami (Tom) Long of Macon, Ill., and Tricia (John) Tuttle of Indian Mound, Tenn. They have nine grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Derhake retired from AT&T. He is a member of the Elks, AT&T Pioneers and the NRA.
Mrs. Derhake is a retired dental hygienist, and is a member of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League.
They are members of Grace Lutheran Church in Clarksville, Tenn., and the Stewart County Senior Citizens Center and enjoy traveling, reading, hunting, fishing and gardening.
The couple was introduced by a mutual friend.
