EUREKA, Mo. -- The Quincy University men's golf team finished tied for 16th with a score of 625 at the Fall Midwest Regional Tournament at Fox Run Golf Club. The Hawks were forced to suspend their round for a portion of Tuesday due to a rain and lightning delay.
McKendree won the team portion of the event with a team score of 589. Christian Tooley of Kentucky Wesleyan was the medalist with a score of 143. Tooley defeated Craig Stefureak of Drury in a playoff.
Ross Henson tied for 42nd led the Hawks with a score of 154. Nick Messinger shot a 158, Kyle Sachs shot a 160, Peter Campbell finished with a 162 and Nathan Hoebing shot a 163 for the Hawks.
