Louisiana doesn't score until seventh inning

LOUISIANA, Mo. -- The Louisiana softball team didn't score until the seventh inning on a double by Kayla Lindsay in an 11-1 loss to Bowling Green on Monday night.

A series of wild pitches and a single by Sarah Harness put Louisiana (4-8) down 3-0 in the opening inning.

The Bulldogs used four pitchers but Faith Rule earned the loss, pitching just 1/3 of an inning while allowing three runs and two hits, while walking two.
