Quincy City Council should consider stray cat program

To The Herald-Whig:

When is the City Council going to bring up the program for TNR (Trap-Neuter-Release) for the stray cats? I support an up-or-down vote.

Female cats can have two or three litters of kittens every year. There is a love of animals in Quincy. The Quincy Humane Society is overwhelmed with surrendered kittens. This is the 21st century, and we have money for designer handbags that cost huge amounts of money. What would you do if you were the government of the city of Quincy? The animals need our voice.
